These two bedroom, two bathroom apartments come with an in-unit washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchens, a large closet and a private balcony/patio. Concord at Marketplace offers a community room, business center, elevator, on-site fitness center, and surface parking lot available.

No application fee, deposit is one month’s rent, and pets are welcome! One pet per unit up to 25lbs in weight. A pet deposit fee of $250 is required and $25 added to monthly rent. Included in rent: water, sewer, and trash. Residents responsible for electric.
