M.C.’s Cafe was established in May of 1989 in the Old Alley Mall in downtown Carroll, IA. Following 2 years of business at that location Mark Tigges and Company had the opportunity to relocate to its current location. The former Country Cafe at Paul and Wayne’s Goodyear became M.C.’s Country Cafe on November 4th 1992. With the help of D.A. ” Tony ” Bluml , Kim and Kimberly Tiefenthaler and a host of family, friends and employees Mark and Barbie are still feeding the wonderful people of Carroll and surrounding communities 32 years later.
