Stephanie has been a Realtor with RE/MAX Partners Realty since she first became licensed in 2020. She obtained her Associate’s Degree and her Practical Nursing Diploma from Marshalltown Community College, and went on to work as a nurse for five years before making her way to real estate. Her nursing career has strengthened her skills in critical thinking and communication, which makes contract negotiation and transaction management easy feats for her.
Stephanie grew up in a small Iowa town, but lives in Waukee, IA now. She enjoys meeting new people in her community, mostly by volunteering her time with not-for-profit organizations nearby. Since moving to Waukee, she has become an Ambassador for the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce, Marketing Chairperson with the Waukee Lions Club and currently sits on the board for the Waukee Area Historical Society.
“For me, community service is how I carry out the ‘Performance’ piece of what we do here at RE/MAX Partners Realty. I never thought real estate could be as intrinsically rewarding as my nursing career was, but I’ve found the most rewarding part of what I do in real estate is building new relationships. Ironically, that was exactly what I got from nursing, too. My career in real estate, nursing and non-profit volunteering have all offered me opportunities to foster new friendships, and give back to the community, but the most important relationships I’ve made are with my co-workers at RE/MAX Partners Realty. I feel well supported here and can’t wait to see how much we grow year after year”.
In her spare time, she loves to listen to music and hang out with her children. She also likes cooking, gardening and even reading a good book now and then. If you’re looking for a house or need to sell a house in the West Des Moines / Waukee area, or even just have a burning question about real estate, Stephanie is your BEST choice!
